| The crowds turned out for the special 5th anniversary Proven Event at Rye Airfield on Saturday the 7th! The avid fans were treated to 10 fantastic New England Sports films Proven style, with food, art, music and of course killer skating.
At the end of it all Josh Langlais of Waitsfield Vermont walked away with the Grand Champion prize for his short film entitled Warren Sk8 Park. Take a peek at it! Congratulations Josh! He took home the grand prize this year which was a HD POV cam, specifically built for action sports, the first of it's kind on the market. |

| The crowds were treated to all kinds of cool rafles and giveaways from our sponsors including a Surfboard and skiing. And as an an added extra bonus, every attendee got an advance copy of the 5th Anniversary 'Best Of Proven' DVD. It has the winners and judges selects from the first 5 years of Proven. If you didn't get one, don't worry they will be available for FREE at select New England surf/skate/snow shops in the coming weeks. If your shop doesn't have them, tell them to get in touch with us and we'll ship 'em off a bunch. And if you can't get to New England (sorry for you!) but still want a copy of the DVD, YOU CAN GET IT HERE! for a mere $10 which includes the shipping. (Dubious Honor is the DVD production company so you purchase it off their PayPal site) There is an extremely limited number of these DVDs available so if you want one, we suggest you grab it now before they're gone...
